These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Nettly ("we", "our", or "us") governing your use of the Nettly budget calendar application ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules of the App Store and Google Play. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the App except as permitted by law.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Nettly offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Nettly Pro, available in the following plans: • Monthly plan — billed every month • Yearly plan — billed every 12 months Nettly Pro unlocks the following premium features: • Shared calendars with family & partners • Unlimited budgets, entries & categories • Yearly analytics & spending breakdown • Multi-currency support & recurring entries Prices are shown in the App at the point of purchase in your local currency, as set in App Store Connect and Google Play. The price displayed to you at purchase is the price that applies.
We may offer a free trial or introductory offer (for example, a free first month or a limited-time launch offer) to eligible users. Eligibility is determined by Apple or Google. • Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable price. • Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. • Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected. • You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, at any time in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. • Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription — you must cancel through your store account settings.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are subject to the policies of the App Store or Google Play and are handled by them, not by Nettly. We are not able to process refunds directly. For App Store purchases, refunds are requested through Apple; for Google Play purchases, through Google.
You agree not to use the App to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Infringe the rights of others • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the financial data, entries, and other content you create in the App. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store, sync, and display that content so we can provide the service (for example, syncing across your devices and sharing calendars with users you invite). Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Nettly is a budgeting and planning tool and does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for your own financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nettly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use of Nettly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
